Deputy Finance Director – Ohio Democratic Party
The Ohio Democratic Party is gearing up for the 2008 election and expanding an ambitious finance program. The deputy finance director is responsible for tracking fundraiser events, producing fundraisers, including list prospecting, invitation creation, invitation mailing, phone call follow-up, and working with host to complete fundraising logistics. In addition the deputy finance director is responsible for managing Chairman call time, including preparing, running, and following up call time. Additional duties include updating database with call time notes, and producing host and VIP finance thank you letters. The deputy finance director reports to the finance director.
