Progressive Midwestern Freshman Congressman seeks energetic, well-organized individual to handle his work on the Veterans Affairs Committee as well as a range of issues including economic development, health care, commerce, natural resources, and transportation. Candidates should have at least one year of legislative experience on Capitol Hill, be able to multi-task, work well in a team environment, and be flexible to the changing operations of a freshman office. A good sense of humor is a must! Experience handling veterans’ issues and/or committee work is preferred. This is not an entry-level position.
