The Democratic staff of the House Education and Labor Committee is looking for an unpaid press intern to work with an active and busy press shop. The internship is available immediately – ideally the candidate will be able to start as soon as possible. Primary duties will include assembling daily news clips, helping draft talking points and press releases, assisting with press conferences, hearings and other public events, maintaining the website, and updating press lists.
