The Clinton Foundation / Office of President Clinton is seeking an Assistant Director of Advance. This is a fulltime position located
in New York City. A background in advance or scheduling is ideal.

The Assistant Director of Advance will act as the liaison between the plane company, the contracting host, the traveling delegation and the scheduling office. Responsibilities include: plane procurement, delegation travel, slating, visas and coordination with scheduling office on long and short term, domestic and international, trips.

In addition the Assistant Director of Advance will manage the contract process with the finance office and outside entities.
