Executive Assistant/Office Manager - Rep. Matsui (Democrat)

Active West Coast Democratic Member seeks an energetic Executive Assistant/Office Manager for Washington, D.C. office. Candidate must have at least 10 years of Hill experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to coordinating Member’s Washington schedule, following floor schedule, making travel arrangements, managing all meeting requests, assisting with budget, preparing vouchers and monitoring office accounts. Must have experience with the CAPS accounting system and IQ. Applicants must demonstrate attention to detail, strong organization and communication skills.
