Recently elected freshman Democrat is looking for an experienced legislative director. The position involves helping to develop and manage the member’s legislative agenda, hiring and managing legislative team, writing floor statements and talking points, and staffing the member on a range of issues. Knowledge and understanding of legislative process and excellent writing ability is required. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, think creatively, work quickly and is a team player.
