THANK YOU so much for just being willing to NOT talk about race on your MSNBC interview! I am a white woman and I HATE this reference to race and what you just did is the ONLY thing that I think will get the press to give it a break. You were class, class, class! I was SOOOO proud of you as a person, and then as a woman, and then as a Black woman. Bless you!

I met with Congresswoman Waters in her office privately for 30 minutes, January 1997. I was in D.C. and spoke as a Practitioner Scholar on Arlen Specter Senate Hearing on Ebonics. I personally brought the issue of African Anmerican students being fillers in Bilingual Classrooms and at that time the curriculum for them was inadequate because it did it did not include English Grammar, spelling, nor phonics. I presented this problem to the Superintendent, and the Board of Education.
I have utmost respect for Maxine Waters and my Congreswoman, Barbara Lee. I would like to say to Ms. Waters that Barak Obama is the best candidate and Barbara Lee agrees.
He is best because: (1) he will bring both sides of the aisle to intelligent and moral conversations before decisions are made. (2)He is confident, but admits he wants a cabinet that is not filled with “Yes men and women” he wants people to say “no” because he will not always be right.
He clearly demonstrated that he is far ahead of Hillary on discussing National Security. Hillary sounded like a PTA mom discussing her decision to vote for the war in Iraq.
He clearly demonstarated that he more articulte and genius in discussing all of the issues.
I trust Obama. I do not trust Hillary.
VOTE OABAMA FOR PRESIDENT OF THE USA.
