Executive Assistant/Office Manager - California Democratic Representative

Active west coast Democratic member seeks an energetic executive assistant/office manager for Washington, D.C. office. Candidate must have at least five years of executive assistant hill or comparable private sector experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating member’s Washington schedule, managing all meeting requests, making travel arrangements, following the floor schedule, assisting with the budget, preparing vouchers and monitoring office accounts. Experience with the CAPS accounting system and IQ is helpful. Applicants must demonstrate attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.
